use any fish caught that day:filet and cube about 1 1/2 ”
clean fish in ocean salt water.
soak skewers in ocean salt water.
then marinate in lime juice
put 4 to 7 peices on a skewer
cook over hot camp fire or BBQ approx 15-20 min
once done brush hot sauce on fish
serve with a spinach -red onion-canberry or wildberry salad with olive oil/balsamic vinegar
with slices of watermelon to ease the hot.
you can do the same but marinade in rum or whiskey, lime juice, lemon pepper, dill, and minced ginger. if you dont like hot sauce just add more pepper.
