Friday Harbour Shrimp Chowder

This can be fun. As the bounty is plenty.
Shrimp feeding on kelp in the harbour.
Bring water to boil add 1/2 of sea water.
in a frypan, add oil, chooped cabbage, garlic, onion celery, carrot fry up till translucent. add chopped up tomatoes,
Deglaze with wine, or beer
in boiling water add shrimp, 12 min take out place in bowl with red hot sauce can coat well. Save water on simmer
when vegies are ready toss in boiling water pot which should be simmering right now, add shrimps garb a cup of the water and makesure you get all that hot sauce.
Yeas you can add corn, beans, potato and for Andy leeks.
